US Army DA form 31, leave destination.? - form 31 earnest money promissory note

PCS took leave from Korea to fly to Argentina and then to the U.S. for a week at home before reporting to my new duty station.

What should I as my home for the holidays in the form DA 31? My address in the Philippines, or my address in the United States? If I leave my house in the U.S., I will still be allowed to fly from Korea to the Philippines? I know you check the DA-31 to the airport, but not the direction to leave it to really matter?
